Greetings, all: I trust this missive finds you and the members of your family healthy. Maybe a little bored, but what a great time to catch up on your painting and other projects that have slipped away from you because of the lack of time. For me, I’ve taken up pickle ball – what exciting times!
Yes, our April and May meetings are cancelled. April is easy to understand, but if things continue the way anticipated it looks like when the Library reopens they will probably prohibit meetings involving more than 10 people for the indefinite future. Hence, we’re cancelling our May meeting as well. With that in mind, our next scheduled meeting is our potluck dinner on Thursday, June 25, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. We’ll reevaluate that decision in another month.
Please share your latest creations. There’s no reason we can’t conduct “Show & Tell” sessions on our Facebook page. Please feel free to post your latest artwork with an explanation describing the inspiration for your piece, etc. Everyone would enjoy seeing what you’ve been up to.
Want to host a live video or similar workshop? Feel free to create an event on our Facebook page. You might be surprised on how many fellow members would be interested in “attending.”
Stay healthy, practice social distancing (except with your loved ones; they need all the hugs they can get), wash your hands, and don’t take inventory of your TP more than once a day. Thanks for your support. If you have any suggestions you’d like me to pass along to our membership, please don’t hesitate to let me know: Rbstclair@gmail.com.
